Wembley Park Drive

2017 Partners: Brent Council JV delivery with jan Kattein Architects (High Street Works). GLA project with Brent Council delivering shopfront improvements, business support, open design competition and forming a trader group.

Creative Land Trust

2017 Creative Land Trust builds a new financial and operating model to secure workspace that would otherwise be unattainable. 

Central Parade

2016-2021 Partners: Waltham Forest Council, Gort Scott Architects Guided by local engagement, Central Parade saw the transformation of a Grade II listed building into a creative hub providing space for 20 businesses including retail, freelancers and a cafe. The two-year meanwhile use was extended to five before operation was transferred to the local council.  

Rock House

2016 Hastings Commons, Power to Change, Big Issue Invest Meanwhile Space joined forces with Jericho Road Solutions Ltd and Power To Change to form White Rock Neighbourhood Ventures Ltd, together purchasing and redeveloping a previously financially unviable nine-storey office block in Hastings Town Centre.

Granby Space

2016-2021 Lambeth Council, IF_DO Granby Space was an affordable workspace near Waterloo station providing affordable workspace to harness the creativity, knowledge and entrepreneurial talent. Spaces were let to local start-ups and growing independent enterprises at rates 50-80% of market value as part of a wider initiative to protect and support SMEs in the borough.

Place Ladywell

2016-2022 Partners: Lewisham Council PLACE/ Ladywell is an innovative demountable project built on the site of the former Ladywell Leisure Centre, in Lewisham.
