A study commissioned by the Station to Station Business Improvement District (BID) to support businesses and property owners in Lambeth to activate their surplus or underused building space as workspace.
Station to Station involved developing partnerships with local businesses and delivering on-site space audits: an analytical tool to study the physical space that landlords inhabit; their business drivers for change; and identifying the estimated funding and operational support required to re-purpose, activate or unlock space. We took a hyperlocal approach to the analysis tool and report framework, partnering with Lambeth Council to develop them in tandem with key stakeholder ambitions, business demands and in response to available funding.
