From callcenter to creative hub
Opening later this spring after a major refurbishment, our new workspace in Blackhorse Lane, Walthamstow E17, will provide 26 studios between 14-30sqm for Waltham Forest creatives. It interlinks with major plans for redevelopment of the industrial estate between Blackhorse Lane and the Walthamstow Marshes with a large number of residential and workspace projects. The new creative hub will transform a former callcenter into office/studio space for startups and small businesses. In addition, we are looking for a cafe/canteen operator to occupy a large kitchen space with indoor and outdoor seating areas and to serve healthy lunches to the growing workforce and the adjacent residential neighbourhood.
