Partners: Sutton Council
As part of the ‘You Are Here’, Outer London Funded project, Meanwhile Space, in partnership with Sutton Council, launched a public art and design competition to animate Victoria House in North Cheam. The competition received a varied and diverse response from artists and designers across the UK, and the winners were selected by a panel including local residents and business representatives. Branch Lines, a proposal submitted by Sam Skinner and Charles Holden was chosen for the beauty of the design and the way they proposed to engage with local people.
